Repairing and reconditioning of existing inventory is always more cost-effective than adding new inventory. At ETS, we specialize in this genre, for various industrial machinery and the parts thereof, to bring it back almost to its new status. The repair may be required for flat surfaces, cylindrical surfaces or a combination of both

The machine maintenance and repair is done, across industries, by our technician having high precision expertise and updated know-how. For example, while we take up an assignment of reconditioning a cylindrical component, we use a process called Spiral Fusion. The process combines the simplicity of operation with close control of operating parameters which facilitates high-quality weld with good fusion, controlled penetration, no porosity, and minimum dilution.
