At ETS, we specialize in this genre, for various industrial machinery and the parts thereof, to bring it back almost to its new status. The repair may be required for flat surfaces, cylindrical surfaces, or a combination of both.
The machine maintenance and repair are done, across industries, by our technicians having high-precision expertise and updated know-how. For example, while we take up an assignment to recondition a cylindrical component, we use a process called spiral fusion. The process combines the simplicity of operation with close control of operating parameters which facilitates high-quality weld with good fusion and minimum heat input, controlled penetration, no porosity, and minimum dilution.
